Pack 23
The Pack offers several trips and events each year. These include our annual Opening Campfire (September) as well as our Close-To-Home Campout (June). Both are held at the Five Rivers Environmental Education Center in Delmar. The Pack also participates in an annual trip, typically in May that is focused on helping our scouts learn more about science, history and our heritage. Recent trips have brought the scouts to the USS Massachusetts (Fall River, MA), Museum of Natural History (New York City) and the USS Constitution & Science Museum (Boston, MA).

Council and District Activities
Several yearly events are scheduled by the Twin Rivers Council and/or the Fort Orange District, where Pack 23 is chartered. Summer Day Camp, Cub Scout Pinewood Derby and Scout Night at the Albany River Rats are examples of events sponsored by the District.
